24/25 Tryout Information
In order to tryout for one of the teams, all criteria must be met, such as, completed HVA tryout form, paid tryout fee of $50, USAV medical release form. All links are found on the website under the Links section.
At tryouts, athletes will undergo sports performance testing with Coach Ross, in addition to skills and game play with Coach Jenn and Coach Bailey.
Depending on numbers for each age group, we will make additional teams per age group if there is a big interest in certain age groups.
If you are unable to attend the tryout dates, you must have a scheduled make up before the tryout date. There will be no late tryouts allowed unless this was set up before the tryout date. Teams will be formed after the tryout dates, and training will begin in August. Please contact Coach Jenn Hardy if there is a conflict with the tryout dates.
At tryouts, we will be getting jersey sizes, practice shirt sizes, names for backpacks, and sock sizes. Apparel will be ordered after tryouts.
The training schedule and tournament schedule will be ready to view at the time of tryouts on our website. At tryouts, you will receive the payment schedule for the entire club season. This season will be 2 months longer than last season, so that there will be more emphasis on training during pre-season.
